I checked in at noon after an arrival tour. I used the hot tub in the snow at any time, letting the jets work on my back. Later I visited the top floor bar area.
I played games in the game shed after using the hot tub located in the fenced yard. My dog stayed in the backyard while I used the dishwasher and the dryer inside the home.
I ate fresh chocolate chip cookies every afternoon at the front desk. After filling out my breakfast menu the night before, I selected the pan baked oatmeal and crepes from the choices offered each morning. I spent time relaxing on the front porch swing, which overlooked the neighborhood. My stay was at Hawthorne Park Bed And Breakfast.
I parked my vehicle in the nearby covered garage using the parking card allotted to the apartment. I watched the view from the window of the suite during my five-night stay.
The kids spent the afternoon on the swing set up on the porch. We lounged on the pullout couch in the living room to watch movies together after preparing dinner using the provided cookware and seasonings.
I entered the convention center through the enclosed walkway connected to the hotel. My room felt secure since I used my room key to access the elevator and my floor. I enjoyed the nightly dinner and breakfast buffet, which I ate in the clean dining area. I also swam in the indoor/outdoor pool after walking from the nearby Nationwide Arena.
I cooked dinner for two in the fully equipped kitchen of my apartment, utilizing the provided basic utensils and provisions. I sat at the dining table with chairs for my guests while looking over the quiet location.
The owner brought over brand new pillows, sheets, blankets and an extra mattress for us. We cooked with the blender in the well-stocked kitchen while staying in the historic German Village.
